Ok, i have the Adobe Master Collection disk and am trying to install everything, its all going fine, but it wont let me install Illustrator and After Effects because it says they are already installed. I used to have them installed but have removed them, i have uninstalled them as well as searching for anything relaetd and removing it. There must be a file somewhere which has a record that thinks i have it. Please help?
Lol, i just did a full restore on sunday but it has just kept some files that make adobe think its still installed
Try to remove your programe through control panel - > Add and Remove Programs. So it'll remove all files of that programe including files in registry. DON.
Uninstall using Add Remove Programs and then use a Registry cleaner to remove unwanted entries in it. Then try installing again.
