Ok, i have the Adobe Master Collection disk and am trying to install everything, its all going fine, but it wont let me install Illustrator and After Effects because it says they are already installed. I used to have them installed but have removed them, i have uninstalled them as well as searching for anything relaetd and removing it.

There must be a file somewhere which has a record that thinks i have it.

    Please help?

Try to remove your programe through control panel - > Add and Remove Programs. So it'll remove all files of that programe including files in registry.

    DON.

Go to C » Program files » Adobe and delete all the files.

Use registry cleaner like CCCleaner to clean out all the files trace in your OS.

Also search the registry for entries containing Adobe.

Uninstall using Add Remove Programs and then use a Registry cleaner to remove unwanted entries in it. Then try installing again.

It's had well over 1 million downloads via download.com alone and well over 14,000 of those were just from last week.

boot your computer from safe mode (Restart and press F5) and then go to remove from control panel.

If it not work. 2nd way. System Restore your computer.
start > program > accessories > System tools > System Restore
