how do I check if person is paypal verified?

    The way I can see if a person is verified is....after I send a payment like .01 to someone, after a few moments I'll go and click the summary tab and it will show me a list of all completed transactions I've done. I'l click on the name of the person I just sent money to and it will take me to "transaction details" and in BOLD letters it will show...sent to: Name of person, and in parenthesis it will say (the recipient of this payment is Verified or Unverified)
