How do I charge Commission on peer to peer transactions on my website?

    I am looking to have a micro job site similar to Fiverr created and I want to know is there a plugin or any kind of way I can set my site up to automatically charge a percentage on transactions I'm thinking a 20% fee. Any advice?

    Accept payments on your site then send payments to workers sans commission?

    I would also like to know how to do this. I would prefer to not have to accept the whole payment but just my commission/ fee if this is even possible?
