How do I change wordpress borders

    Hi,

    How do I change the borders of my wordpress site. BORDER OF THE WHOLE BOX INCLUDING CONTENT BOX, CATEGORIES etc Here is the CSS file:- http://www.scribd.com/doc/21289907/Style See below:-
