How do I change the GA code to view the "Demographics and Interest Reports"?

    My Google Analytics account is telling me that the old code is not good to view the demographics and interest reports.

    This appears on the respective section:

    "Your Demographics and Interest Reports have been enabled, but your Analytics tracking code does not include the necessary support to show them."

    There is this option to validate...
    And I have to replace the old code, from what I understand.

    But the only option for replacement that appears there in front of me is the one for enabling display advertising. And that's not what I need.

    Can I view the demographics and interest reports in any other way?

    Thanks in advance for helping me out!

    Enabling Display Advertising is the solution you need

    If you are using analytics.js: Add this line above "ga('send', 'pageview');"

    ga('require', 'displayfeatures');
