how do i change some things in vbulletin

    i need to change my top title that shows up on the broswer on the very top when you to go websites i need to throw some keywords on there to help with SEO how do i change that?

    also how do i add an image to the book mark thing that shows up on the window tab like how the vb folder is there how do i change it? thanks
