How do I change background on Woo Themes (Fresh News)

    I'm a new to CSS and suff but need to change background on Fresh News by Woo Themes. I need SimpleRed banner color and GrungeWhite Background. I don't know even where to start. Anyone can help?

    Woo Themes has not only support forums for all of their themes, but video tutorials on some of the basic features and customization options.
