I have been searching around without success about how to get my advert online Youtube. I don't want the 30 or 60 second video intro. I want to place the banner type advert over top of a specific video channel. Say some guy had 'widget racing channel', I want to target my advert to run on his channel only. Here is a screenshot from a youtube video with an advert running over the top - that is exactly what I want. How do I do this?
