What exactly does Google require to stop from raising the minimum on certain keywords.

I hear this referred to as the "google slap"

One minute you're paying 10-20 cents and the next thing you know is,your keywords have been disabled and Google is demanding $5-$10 per click to reactivate them. Any Ideas?

I don't think that there is something that you can do. Google looks at how competitive the keywords and other things such as long as the visitors stay on your site after they click on the ads and if the traffic converts.

Do you mean, the period visitors stay on the advertiser's site? How would google know if the advertiser is not using google analytic?

What Google requires... is essentially a site with good relevant content, and nice silo-structure.

I was also a victim of this slap numerous times, but recently there has been a tool that emerged, that addresses this problem. I bought it, and I am pleased to say I have been nothing but impressed so far. Almost all of my keywords (90%) are getting those elusive $0.05-$0.10 min. bids.

And its down from a previous $0.3-$0.6 bids. So i'll say its pretty darn good :)

Its called PPC Riches, and its not cheap.

But I could help you to create such a site, for a small fee. (dang this should be in buy/sell section) PM me if you're interested.
