How do I attach a Payoneer card to paypal account? Help me plz

    hello
    after attach my payoneer card to paypal
    i receive this error from paypal

    This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.
    help me plz

    Hi,

    Please make sure that you have funds on your Payoneer card when you attempt to use it to verify your paypal account. Paypal charges the card with a small fee, so if you do not have money on it, the verification will not work.
