How do I appraise a domain name which started a company from the SEO I built. It got them 250k revenue in 6 months. It ranks page one for 4-5 good terms, strong longtail, and good backlinks. It gets them 2-4 leads/day with a profit of 3k+ per sale plus multiple orders, distribution contacts, etc.. Because of my SEO work, they attracted investors to fund facilities/sales team/marketing. Now they want to squeeze me out, build company and sell it in 2-3 years. My contract states either party and cancel, but i own domain and site, and company has right to buy it back at fair market value.

I think the usual way to do evaluate a site/companies value is to go with 3 times annual revenue... so in this case the site and business would be worth about $1.5 Mil. As for how much site and domain would be on their I am not really sure.
