How do I answer this question

    I just got this message from a program I had applied for:

    Thank you for signing up as XXXXX publisher. Before
    we review and activate your account please confirm the following:
    Do you have a desktop application or is it site based pop?
    For desktop application please send us the download link.

    For site based pops please provide us with the following:
    List of sites:
    Number of pops/month:
    Geo (countries where the traffic is from):
    Let me know if you have any questions. We look forward to
    working with you.    ​

    Where do I get these things?

    You can many of those from your site analytics's e.g Google Analytics, Statcounter. What ever one you use, you will probably find them there.

    They need to know if you use their codes inside a desktop application or a website mainly consisting of pop-up windows. Is that what I can understand :)

    I think you are signing up with any CPA networks. It is asking that you offer any downloads or you have site pop-ups. If it is downloads then you have to give it's link and if it's site pop-ups then give the needed information.
