How do I allow all members to view signatures in vBulletin?

    When members on my vBulletin 3.8.4 forum have 0-9 posts, they receive this message:
    To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater.

    What do I do in the Admin CP to allow all guests and members to view signatures?
