    Also, which all forums allow "Best Answer". I guess it is not enabled on all forums.....

    Also, you need to be an established member before you can award "best answer". To become an established member, you need 3 likes from 3 different, already established members.

    That is wrong, anyone can link their accounts but only premium members will see their latest tweets in the social bar.
