How do i add Rss scribe gadget to blogger?

    How do i add Rss scribe gadget to blogger? I want use my blog readers to directly view my blog Rss using there web browser. So how do i so it? Blogger has "scribe " gadget but it scribe only there Rss readers like "Google Reader" etc not support web browsers.
    So how do i do it?    :):)
