How do I add rss feed to Tumblr Blogs?

    I recently developed a blog on Tumblr and wanted to know how I could add an rss feed to tumblr. I tried using a fesee service called rss import/ tumblrss but it isn't working. Are there any other methods to adding an rss feed to Tumblr blog?
