How do I add my Blog XML Feed RSS to DP?

I see the box to enter my Blog XML Feed RSS to DP in options under user CP, but I am really naive to the whole RSS thing. I use blogger... where do I get the RSS code thinger?

I added a widget for rss to my blog that a friend suggested...

Blog is the first link in my sig.

 

I'm not sure if they are all the same, but for wordpress this works.
