How do I add funds to My Paypal Account.

I have still not verified my paypal account since i don't have a credit card.
I am not sure my SBI Maestro Debit card will work.Since paypal specifies only Mastercard and Visa.
The other solution is to use VCC. Can i get banned for using it.

You will not be banned if you use a VCC.

Anyway, if you don't respect PayPal rules your account may be limited.

 

Yes you are right. SBI Maestro will not work and also any Indian Debit Card will not work PayPal even though they have MasterCard or VISA symbol. You need to have CC for this.

Another option is to use VCC. You will never get banned for using VCC.

Regarding adding funds, You can earn it from others or you can add it via CC.
