How do I add a new navbar and contents in vBulletin?

    Hi,

    I want to add a new tab "Resources" on my forum's navbar, which open a page where I can add different packages, like Newbie package with picture, description and price etc. Will I need a subdomain, and how would I add those contents on the page.
    I am using vBulletin 4.1.3 and really want to add this stuff.

    I can add a new tab, but how can I add contents on that page.  Do I need a subdomain point to a wordpress page?  I am not sure how to customize a vBulletin's new tab.  I just need to add my packages along with description and prices and pictures.
