How do I add a Comment System to my News Publisher?

    I'm using a simple News Publisher (CMS) called Article Manager, it's great because I can totally customize it, but I was thinking about adding a comment system to it, but I have no idea how.

    That's very vague. What it uses? Mysql PHP? Ruby etc....Need more details.

    It's a PHP script, but it doesn't require a database, it makes the files itself and saves itself. Very basic compared to something like CuteNews.
