How do I accomplish this?

Also, when you google for something and the searches show up, some websites have like a "plus +" button and it can be extended to see the google map. Is they are any way that could be accomplished as well?

If you mean the sitelinks, to get those a site has to be established as being at the top of the search listings and have an appropriate site structure
