How do I access these things...?

    Hello everyone.

I am looking at getting an SEO company up and running in New Zealand, and am looking to offer prospects a basic preliminary report, containing:

    • amount of inbound links to their website (counted from Yahoo LinkDomain tool)
    • keyword density on each of their pages pages
    • google & yahoo search results for a particular keyword - i.e. what rank does the website achieve for that keyword
    • a count of pay per click ads running in regards to keywords
    • a rough search volume for each relevant keyword

What I am wanting to do is program my own proprietary system to run all these queries - and am wanting to know how to pull these pieces of data in. So my question is what is the specific code to source these data pieces, or where can I go to find out more?

I realise there are various tools around that do pretty much the same thing, however I want something that I can customise and also be fairly automated and 'hands-off' for my own purposes.

    Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks!

    Sean

You can get some of that by using the Yahoo and Google API's. Not the PPC stuff though.
