How do i access the VERTICAL LINE special character on my keyboard ??

I am trying to type a special character, as displayed on my keyboard; but i'm lost !!

The character is a vertical line, next to the No1 (on my keyboard anyway).

How do i access this character ??

Shift + \ ( converts to | ) should do the trick.

 

Next to no 1? You mean this:~ ? Then it's Shift + `.. Or that Wolf Security said..
