How do determine the cost of advertising in your forum

    Any got tips on how to determine the cost of advertising text links / banner in your forum?

    Say the site gets 1000 unique visitors per day, and the 8000 ~ 10000 impressions a day.

    Depends on your niche and the location of the banner you're going to provide. At the above mentioned traffic, you can sell a banner in the header anywhere from $20-60 a month.

    Does anyone know of a how-to guide to working out how much your web site is worth? I mean impressions are ok...but actual clicks on ads should really have more value shouldnt they?
