Hi there, Just a quick question, something I can't seem to find an answer to anywhere: When it comes to CPM ads that are placed below the fold how does payment actually work? - Is it the case that you are paid for every page view *regardless* of whether the visitor scrolls down far enough to bring the ad fully onto the screen (though, presumably, with decreased CPM compared to those that appear above the fold) - Or do the ad networks have some sort of tool that is able to track whether for each page view the visitor has scrolled down far enough to view the ad, and therefore only pays for those scrolled-down-page views? If anyone could help me out with this I'd be really grateful; it's driving me crazy not being able to find an answer to this!!! Thank you
