    hi linda,

I think we have to wait for those results to check out in Google Caffeine as since until a product come sin to the market we cant expect how will it be...

I Thinks Directory Submission is useful in this Google Caffeine times and Directory Submission is still an important true set SERPs, still it doesn’t have times for additional dates for other contents listed which the usual SERPS possessed..
The keyword ranking changes from time to time. It is not permanent. As an example, Our YouTube URL appeared and ranks on the top list of Alexa ranking for the keyword were holding and just quite sometime, it is already listed below the Alexa ranking and appears in the SERP.

i neither understand the question or your reason for asking the question!
how do directories have anything to do with caffeinne!!!

Caffienne is just a newer version of Google search algorithm and will discount directories in almost the similar manner!

and if your argument is that IF google were to give 0 credibility to directories, then directories would die,

    then by similar logic

if Google itself were to cease to exists, people would stop making sites!

something fundamentally wrong with your viewpoint!
