How difficult is to make an oDesk alike?

    Hi!

    Is it too difficult to create a site like oDesk, counting the log in hours, taking Printscreen captures from time to time, etc.?

    Wouldn't it be less time consuming and echinomical purchasing an existing clone or using an open source base?

    Thats not the website, you need client side software to do that.

    If you don't already have an idea about what is required you likely would be best served by not attempting.

    What do you suggest?

    I am not a programmer, but I am asking among programmers. Obviously, trying to find one who knows and hire him.
