    It so easy. You can use rss and integrate with facebook API. About free download I don´t know. Try fiverr.com to find someone who make it for you. I have some simple fb app on a free hosting.

    you mean do a wordpress blog and RSS the content? But if i do not want a RSS just post images from a database? What hosting is that?
