    if you are pointing to the search of yahoo and google than there is lot difference between them one basic difference is google updated search database more quickly - both have different search ranking techniques

    Google is more about age factor and solid links weight, Yahoo seems to be more content analysis based

    In this case you see Yahoo completely disregards content!
    It regards URL and title!

    I don't know how all of you can claim yahoo is all about content. They may care about content more than Google, but it is not their main ranking factor. As with almost all other search engines, they care the most about links. You're not going to get any competitive rankings on Yahoo based on content alone.
