How did you sell most of your domain names?

1). Auctions?
2). You have contacted the Enduser
3). End user has contacted you?
4). Developed it into a Website and sold it
5). Can't think of any, Can anyone suggest?

also developed a site and sold as well.

u can pick a good domain, develop it , promote it and then sell it. but remember it needs to have some income if u want a good price.
