John Reese says you don't build another website until the first is profitable. Since he's rolling in $$$$$, I am going to trust that advice.
Its a difficult decision to make ... I run really just one website (an online arcade) that I recently opened up. Its not generating around $2.50-$3.00/day via adsense and I believe its due to a combination of good adsense placement PLUS content (i.e. games and new games) that keep people clicking around the site.
i'd have to agree with the above post. in addition, multiple sites allow you to plant multiple "seedsites" and hopefully one day they'll be mature sites with great content and lots of traffic.
This is sounding better every day. I did $13k+ in December and I am on track to be back at $15k+ in January, but after the incompetent way Google mismanaged the Jagger update and the arrogant manner in which they fail to repair their broken hodgepodge of a "system", I find myself thinking more and more about devoting more energies to the darker side of SEO. Google's search engine team has done nothing to deserve better treatment.
Content generators. Thats what all the top earners here are doing. I dont use content generatoes, but I know that ALOT of DP people do to achieve very high earnings using them. It seems like everyone is using genertors, scripts, scrping, et However, I have been able to make about 50 cents a day with a single content website I write. Not very good but I guess If you were to make 200 of these websites with the aid of some softwae you could make more money.
Don't try and rely on adsense for your only source of income, I think is the biggest tip anyone who's making a lot of money online can give. If you're making $0.50 a day in adsense revenue it means you're still getting traffic flow. Try and add some other bits and pieces that fit into the content of the site, affiliate programs, amazon, ebay etc For example, advertise ebay through Commission Junction and they pay $14 per registered customer. Get one of those per week and you've doubled what you'd normally make in a week using Adsense
Well I assume you are saying $500 a month. If I was making $500 a day then I would not be here typing this message. I'd be out finding wonderful ways to spend that much money. To make $500 a month you need good websites with good content and good quailty links and take the time to make these sites even better. Don't do the black hat thing or you will end up one day getting caught and regretting the day you did it.
Auto generated sites are useless unless you're prepared in to keep going and going in the long run - the people doing that make $1 per site a day x 500 or whatever, but the site only lasts a month. I imagine it would be a tiresome process, knowing you could be banned at any time.
