I studied photoshop in the course of work. When still you study, in operating time always you find something new to yourself. The main thing - to try all buttons. Still helps to observe as other person works.

Hello. I always interested in Photoshop program. I like it very much. Firstly, I have read a lot of information about this program. Then I have found many new people who are interested in it. Then I started to communicate with them. In such a way we shared our experience. Final point was taking classes in learning photoshop.
I bought a book on photo shop and went through the tutorials. And at last learnt from one of my friends who already knew about it.
Trial and error. Looking up specific tutorials online and learning from them. When I first started out I also communicated with other more experienced graphics designers regarding their techniques and asked for critiques on personal works.
i just learned a combination of different techniques then began adding them together to create more complex things
I learned by myself like most of others, practiced with different techniques, filters, learned lessons on-line, tried to copy photos.
Well, honestly, I learned it from a variety of sources. Video tutorials, google, and myself. I practiced it a lot, and now i'm a pro
I also used youtube on-line lessons, and read special books and tutorials! I worked up my photos and photos of my family and friends too! )
I started with simple stuff like: changing colours, shadows, light, etc. You can find a lot of tutorials on these over the internet. Of course most of the stuff was by hit and trial. If you want to learn advanced photoshop I would advice you to start with simple web design elements and learn how to efficiently combine colours. Then you can proceed to more advanced stuff like retouch, creating logos, making 3D models, etc.
