I learned by myself, the hard way. I found a copy of Photoshop 6.0 in my dad's drawer and started tinkering.
I learnt it through just experimenting, and messing around with it. Go through a few tutorials on YouTube and just generally go take a look around some tutorial sites. Some good ones I know also relate to coding such as NetTuts+ (Just go browse!)
I first used PS summer 99. I had a couple courses at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. I couldn't believe the clone stamp tool! ha ha. I played around off and on watching online tutorials like lynda.com. (Awesome site for learning)
It's been so long since I started using photoshop...I started off with trial and error but ended up browsing online tutorials. Most of them were on livejournal, though. I also started out really small-- just 100x100 icons and the like.
By tutorials....usually id go to goodtutorials.com or purephotoshop.com ... YouTube and places with video tutorials I find are best now. Another one thats pretty useful is http://layersmagazine.com/
Hi, I taught photoshop from best designer in my company. He is best and experienced designer. i also use internet tutorial.i think http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/photoshop/l/bllps5out.htm this is the best site for beginners.
I started with reading tutorials, you can find them on tutorial sites. If you want to able to create something, then find the tutorials and do it every times.
I had a photoshop class in school but I learned most of it through trial and error. BTW there's a lot of tutorials available in the net. You can make use of them.
Started when I was 11. Messed around with paintshoppro before I slowly envied those PS users who made graphics that made me jealous so I got a copy and trial and error at home for years.... I think you learn best on your own. No tutorial or class can teach you everything.
here are some important resources where we get important information on photoshop designing. http://psd.tutsplus.com/ http://www.pixel2life.com/ http://www.good-tutorials.com/ http://www.grafx-design.com/ but you can learn more by using tools in photoshop by designing a template or logo whatever on your own.
Hello, there I learned PS at school, I went in thinking I'm going to learn a lot about web design and all that stuff without having heard about PhotoShop or Illustrator. Also, what they can teach you is limited (I didn't really go to a great school, so it's just my own experience here) you have to make use of your own time if you want to learn and have great skills, even though I was taught a lot of skills, it's not nearly enough if you want to create amazing graphics, learn and practice, practice and practice, you will succeed!!!!
