My favorite tutorial site covering all kinds of subjects, with complete, professional videos, is lynda (.com)
If you have no budget or cannot pay a monthly fee, you could see the free stuff on youtube

I taught myself everything I know by opening up source code in notepad and studying it and playing around with it.

I subscribed to Lynda.com and used their videos to learn HTML and CSS. I think i can learn things faster from video than from the books and text so i chose Videos.

i learn them in my college school, but after graduation, i found what i learned in college is so little, even no use.
so i learn all CSS and HTML knowledge during my work.

w3schools.com is a gud site to learn HTML and CSS....
I just download the theme and extract the Style.CSS file from it..and started editing that file in the Dreamweaver....Honestly telling you, i learned a lot from this....

Well html and css is very easy to learn You will hardly need 1 month to understand them.
HTML is more easier and faster to learn while CSS is in more depth but both will take hardly 1 month.

Don't use dreamweaver if you want to learn something. Just practice, practice, and most importantly read forums about it, so you can see what is the right approach. You can buy a book or two, too.
