How did you get YPN?

What type of site\content did you have to get approved for YPN? Is there any specific niche that yahoo prefers?

I got in with a guitar/music review site...it was a very small site as well...and no, I don't think there is a specific niche that they like better than others...although I think there are ones they stay away from...

 

Ive been waiting for ypn for over a year and im in america!!!!!!!!!

I got in with a fansite.

 

I got in over a year ago, when they were excepting more people...sorry for those of you that haven't gotten in.

 

I got in over a year ago with a game cheats website...

 

I tried awhile ago with a tutorial site, but with no luck. : (

I am thinking of buying different sites, just to get in. lol

still can't get in..lol

 

my arcade got me in..but once again that was about a year ago when the doors were a little more open..

obviously if people are spending hundreds (and thousands) of dollars to get in, it isn't that easy anymore..

 

I got in over a year ago as well with a forum, a small one at that.

I doubt very much if I applied today with that same site they'd accept it.
