How did this free press release get to #1 in Google uk?

    Type in "buy viagra"

    A free press release is ranking number 1 for that term with competition of about 20 million.

    How? It has no backlinks! :confused::confused:

    Top level SEO's are now able to manipulate Google News feeds and Google Maps to put a business top but its only for a short period then it will be corrected or the news will expire.
