    Interesting site. It certainly looks like drupal but they reference WSN links and when you go to their site nono of their other demo sites look like drupal at all.

    Anyway, on a drupal site you would need to go into the themes directory for whatever theme you are using and make hard coded changes to either the page or header file (different themes use different files and naming conventions)
