How did they create this effect without Flash?

    it's an animated gif with javascript rollover images. I just learned how to create rollovers today. ^_^

    That's neat. Simple. Effective. Maybe you can do the same effect without javascript and css (I'm pretty sure it can be done.)

    Yes, you can do the same with out javascript. Use the CSS hover elements.

    from what i see, i think they used imageready to do the job...
