How did narutoget get back to google resulty for the keyword naruto shippuden

Hi ,
If you type the keyword "Naruto Shippuden" in google you will notice a DMCA notice about the keyword and that sites are baneed. One of the sites is narutoget.com , but they managed to get back to google after some time. How is it possible ? What did they do and is it best to have a lawyer to make this ?

it looks like narutoget is hosted in germany so DMCA doesn't apply to germany servers

 

I think he meant Google banned it. Just follow Googles procedures to un-ban it. Unless the ban is justified, of course.

@contentboss , the site was banned from google SEARCH because some company issued a dmca because of the site content

 

Doesn't matter what country your site is hosted it's not allowed to link them. The only reason people host it offshore is that you don't often get DMCA notices as compared to USA hosts

 

I wonder if he get to no 1 because all the movie title that has the word Naruto Shippuden in it that hes got like bajillion times on his site
