IMHO, it's a TOS violation. 1) There's no content on the page at all 2) A portion of the ads is hardly visible 3) Looks like code is altered Premium Publisher? I do not think so unless he got other site that's receiving tons of traffics. BTW, I do not think Google would want a site like that to be in their premium publisher list. It'd be a disgrace for them Anyway, it's from my point of view. I may be wrong ..
Google have more type of code. Not just standard and premium. Some sites have big number of impressions, but not so many for premium and then google provide a code in concordance with owner website.
So what's so special about it? what's the fuzz about? It just looks like any other site with ads on them and yes the site has not much of any content but it does atracts visitors so therefor it would be qualified to participate in the adsense program in my oppinion. The site must have been reviewed though by G otherwise it couldn't have the ads right?
so there it is. the quest is over now. but how come a site just 3 months old gets in to this beta testing?
