How did a site with 1 backlink get a pagerank of 7?

    But, that site has a total of 24 backlinks according to yahoo.
    May be some of them have high PR.

    if conent is a king , pr should be got by natural way, and we are conflicting abt how to get pr, though pr is dependent on backlink, but keep in mind that backlinks comes from siterelevancy and by natural way , not any black hat seo,,,,and if black hat is there, we shuld talk more abt black hat seo not how to get high pr,,,

    i think good content gives good backlinks and good backlinks give high pr.........doesnt it.?
