How DELAYED is Google? Change now > Reaction .. when?

    I know this is a hard question to answer -- but I am wondering this:

    If I do some rather large OFF SITE SEO, how long does it usually take to see a reaction within my rankings?

    A few weeks?

    Depending on the authority of the sites you get links from, it could be anywhere from a day or two to a couple weeks.
