How create static links that is usefull for SEO

i have a dynamic site spicebolly.com . All page are dynamic having hot links like
http://www.spicebolly.com/viewforum.php?f=15&sid=3bab8985a0d3475f5ca3b40d06a5b327

but i want to convert that type of links is static link somthing like

http://www.spicebolly.com/viewforum.php.15&sid=3bab8985a0d3475f5ca3b40d06a5b327.html

can anybody help me ?

 

you can do that by editing your .htaccess file. google it.
