    you can try check-out wordpress if you had rent a hosting server or try blogger. they are quite easy to setup and get started.

    Regarding on content, try tell what thing that you think that you want to share around.

    To start with you could start an account at some where like www.blogger.com, what do you mean by "what contents are more points"?
