    in which country you live????paypal doest not support some countries,but you can still check from there site www.paypal.com

    Use instruction given by other members above to create account with paypal. Keep one thing in your mind that paypal allow 2 accounts (One personal and another one Premier/Business) per person.

    Always give them all correct info about yourself to avoid any problem in future.

    First check your country if it is there in their supported list. Then sign up thats all

    Its really very easy, go to www.paypal.com and signup , select ur ac type as per ur requirements.

    In personal ac u can accept only 2 cc payments and no fee but in other types fee will be charged.

    Haha why dont you google for paypal and go to the paypal.com-link if you didnt now the URL. And just look around yourself? There is a signup-button if you open your eyes ;)

    Buut, like someone said: Paypal succcks. Theyve frozen my account once, and I lost all my money. But, since everybody use it, I guess you dont have any choice. So register it with the correct info the first time, and dont mention that you are under 18, and you will (hopefully) be safe.

    As far as i know you can accept 5 cc payments in your personal account throughout a year.
