For WordPress, I just make sure the META description and keyword tags are removed from my Theme's header.php file, and then use the All In One SEO Pack. You can control it for each Page and Post.

I think he's looking for unique META tags for each page; something which, IIRC, is not possible with Blogger.

hye buddies i found out the way in blogger go to Layout->Edit HTML you can see a template (HTML code) place the meta tags manually and save the template.
balaji153, that same META tag (and its contents) will be shown on every single page. To be effective, those META tags (specifically description and keywords) have to be unique to the page they're on.
use keywords in post and titles , try to use keywords in tags also , by this google will index your all keywords
If you are using blogger just try to have keywords in your title and also have keywords in the starting lines of your post which will get your site indexed and use google webmaster tools for better results VAMSI: itomo.blogspot.com
