    I searched google and could not find.

    Does these cpa companies have special connections with other networks and run them ?

    The CPA networks have advertisers and this advertisers need peoples for their websites.The advertisers pay money for the cpa networks and the cpa network pay money for peoples,who will signup on the advertisers website.
