How could we rank our site in local business place ?

I am doing seo for my site and my site is ranking for that particular keyword but there are some local business place before it, i also made my business place on google but still my business place not coming in that top list of business place ...

So i want to ask that how we can optimize local business place ----

This is the query from the many seo persons and beginners------- please let us know here what possible we can do here ?

 

You should evaluate your seo models, is it worth it? I think SEO is the best way to generate traffic from local search engine. You should also analyze your competitors so that you can gain more effective way on seo

 

is this required that domain should be oldest one to get rank in local business place ?

First just analyze, Do you really need it. If you traffic is mainly targeted then go for it if not whats the main thing you are looking form your coming traffic .
And go do on page optimization and then go make a strategy to get what you want. Frankly speaking I am not going to tell you exactly how to get you at the top in local market because its kind of trade secret.lol

 

Aged domain just needed if you want to 'shot' it with tons of backlinks in couple days. But I consider that google would be appreciate an aged ones with quality content of course.

 

try the local specific keywords if you want to tank your site in local business.

 

Google wants phone verification, before adding your business place to google..... So, check it once

please correct me if I'm wrong, but my idea is this...
you can use your language or dialect in your websites
-creating a double version of your website is effective for local and international ranking...

This is only my idea but not necessary the best answer.

 

i hope there is domains age matter .

 

That would only just made a difference that is, If some one from that local IP or search engine opens your site, It would show in that language and dialect. May be it would effect on your site quality and indexing but not on ranking that much. Hope it helps.
