For starters... Please post in the correct section, the Admin around here have enough problems to deal with without having to move threads all day long.. As for the PR.. you must first check if it is fake PR or real PR.. this is possible but very rare these days.
it is possible to gain high pagerank within 6 months.. if you build good backlinks, it will gain a good pagerank in the next Pagerank update. but I feel like this won't stay in PR6 a long time.. because some domain sellers build backlinks from their website network and after few months they delete those links. then pagerank could be dropped.
Of course its possible. Obama's Change.gov got a PR 7 within a month or so if I recall. It's now a PR 8. Yeah but like zinghana said, post in the RIGHT section please. We are here looking to buy and sell sites, not discuss about PageRank. Some mod should move this.
agreed, domain sellers give high rank backlinks to those domains and then they take them away after they sell them,13 backlinks are not even sufficent for PR1.
