How could this happen?

Checked the search performance of last month, I found one day got 7 clicks with 1 page impression, CPM looks great :D

Maybe your visitor visits all seven (7) adsense ads on the first result page.

I had the same thing hapen once as well. 1 page impression - 2 clicks - 200% clickthru rate :D

Melfan is right - one visitor who was interested in more than one ad.

I have occasionally had more clicks than impressions as well.

As others said, this will happen if the average visitor click on more than one ad.

This happens alot. Kudos to Google for actually anticipating this as a click-fraud tactic and nipping it before it gets bad. There are still idiot "fraudsters" out there that think they're hurting the competition by clicking on all of them from one page. Ha!
